Shipping & delivery
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of you placing your order. You will received an email once its left the building!
We use Sendle as our courier partners and typically city orders will be received within 1-5 days and regional orders may take up to 2 weeks.
Please note we can send to PO Boxes.
How can I track my order?
Once Sendle has picked up the parcel they will send you a tracking note via text or email
Is delivery free in Australia?
Yes, delivery is free for purchases over $60. Otherwise, delivery is $6.95.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. We currently have a flat rate of $20
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days to Sydney, Melbourne or Queensland, then can take up to 2 weeks for regional areas, WA and Adelaide as Sendle is by ground, not airfreight.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the product we don’t typically accept returns however if there is a mistake with your order please let us know and we will fix asap!
What happens if I write the wrong address down?
No problem, we will send it back to you once it gets redirected to us although there will be a postage fee to incur.
Accounts & Payment
Do I have to create an account to order?
No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe or Paypal etc that deals with it. Your data is completely safe!
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment service.
When will my card be charged for my order?
The debit on your credit card comes within a maximum of 7 days after your order. All bank transactions are protected and managed by the stripe company.
Our Products
Are all your products organic?
Yes they are! We only use certified organic ingredients and products and while we don’t have the Australian Certification tick yet we’re working towards it. As a new business it’s a verrrrrrrrry costly yearly expense and one we think we can do without for now!
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made here in Australia and sent from either our base on the Sunshine Coast or in our Sydney warehouse
What types of ingredients to you use?
We use quality organic herbs and powders to make our blends – that means no chemicals, no nasties and certainly no colours, flavouring or preservatives
How do I store your products?
For optimum freshness always keep sealed in our pouch or jar, ideally out of direct sunlight.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, we're committed to reducing our environmental impact and have taken steps to ensure that our packaging is eco-friendly. We have biodegradable inserts for our loose-leaf teas, which has the look and feel of plastic minus the damage to the environment
- Our tea bags are made from bio-degradable compostable solion mesh
- Little Wildling co refill bags and pouches are reusable and recyclable
- We use sustainable black glass jars which are also reusable and recyclable
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Our Mamma's Milk tea is designed for breastfeeding mammas with a carefully curated lineup of organic herbs traditionally used to help promote milk flow, calm the nervous system, and soothe both yours and bub’s tummies.
