Ensure your sleep is prioritised
Getting sunlight exposure early in the morning is the best way for serotonin to be converted into melatonin at night for a deeper for restorative sleep.
Your lighting is crucial for sleep. Create a healthy sleep routine by turning off all overhead lights at night, wearing blue light blocking glasses, and using no blue light lamps.
Look after your mental state before sleep. Avoid doom scrolling, read a few pages of an uplifting book instead, listen to a guided meditation, or make a herbal tea and listen to music.
