E-Commerce & Operations Coordinator – Little Wildling Co
Location: Sunshine Coast, QLD (Coolum Beach industrial area)
Hours: Part-time (approx. 15–20 hours per week, flexible across 3 days)

Little Wildling Co is an organic herbal tea company with a bold, botanical edge. We’re stocked in boutiques, cafés, hotels, and online - and we’re growing. We’re looking for an all-rounder with strong e-commerce experience who can keep things running seamlessly while also driving growth.
What You’ll Do
E-Commerce & Admin
- Manage our Shopify store - product listings, stock updates, discounts, and customer orders.
- Process invoices and manage accounts in Xero.
- Oversee inventory - track stock levels, reorder as needed, and keep our warehouse organised.
- Pick, pack, and ship wholesale and retail orders.
Supplier & Product Management
- Coordinate with our Sri Lanka tea suppliers, managing communications, timelines, and quality control.
- Coordinate with our customs clearance broker, freight forwarding, and delivery timelines.
- Assist with new product development and research, from concept to launch.
Sales & Customer Relationships
- Maintain and nurture relationships with current wholesale accounts - checking in for product refreshes and upsells.
- Pitch and secure new stockists - cafés, hotels, spas, boutiques, and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service for wholesale and retail enquiries.
Brand & Marketing Support
- Assist with content creation for social media (Stories, TikTok, FB) alongside our agency.
- Help coordinate newsletters and campaigns with our marketing team.
- Support events, pop-ups, and community activations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Shopify and online retail operations.
- Comfortable with Xero for invoicing and accounts.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Skilled at managing supplier relationships and logistics.
- Confident communicator - both for customer service and sales pitches.
- Experience in product development or sourcing is a bonus.
- Someone who thrives in a small business environment where every day is different.

Core Skills
✅ E-commerce – Confident using Shopify for product uploads, discounts, order processing, stock updates, and troubleshooting.
✅ Accounts/Admin – Proficient in Xero for invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping.
✅ Inventory Management – Keeps accurate stock levels, knows when to reorder, and can work with suppliers to forecast demand.
✅ Supplier Coordination – Skilled at managing international supplier relationships (especially in manufacturing), tracking production timelines, and ensuring customs clearance runs smoothly.
✅ Order Fulfilment – Can pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently while keeping presentation on-brand.
Sales & Relationship Building
✅ Confident in B2B sales pitches - cafés, hotels, spas, boutiques, etc.
✅ Proactive in checking in with current stockists for refresh orders.
✅ Able to manage email communication professionally and persuasively.
Product Development & Research
✅ Can work closely with suppliers on new product concepts and bring them to market.
✅ Knows how to research packaging and raw material suppliers for cost, quality, and sustainability.

Pay: $25-$33 plus super an hour
