World Environment Day

If you have been with us from the start of our journey, you will know the dedication founder Lee Sutherland has had towards creating a sustainable and ethical, yet consumer led business.
Becoming a B Corp certified business is a badge of honour and validation for the tireless effort Lee has made towards finding more conscious choices for packaging, shipping, to the suppliers we use, to choosing organic raw materials and ethical manufacturing.
What does B Corp certified mean?
  • Prioritising purpose and positive impact over profits, alongside a community of 7,400 other business worldwide.
  • Operating at the highest standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency, and accountability.
  • Continuing to improve in areas such as reduced inequality, lower levels of poverty, a healthier environment, stronger communities, and creation of more high-quality jobs which have a positive impact on employees through accountability.

Reasons why supporting Little Wildling Co is making a conscious choice for change:

  • Our teas and powders are ethically and sustainably sourced and manufactured
  • We are vegan friendly using no animal products or harming animals in the manufacturing process
  • We are woman owned and operated
  • Little Wildling Co is 100% Australian owned born out of Kalbarri WA and now operating from the Sunshine Coast in QLD
  • We go carbon neutral by using Sendle for all shipping https://try.sendle.com/en-au/carbon-neutral-delivery
  • Our parcels and packaging are plastic free, and we also upcycle boxes to send out deliveries.
  • We use plastic free, water activated tape which can also be recycled.
  • We use Geami Brown Kraft Paper to wrap our glass jars to prevent breakages whilst in transit https://www.signet.net.au/geami-brown-kraft-paper-500mm-250m-39076.html
  • We have biodegradable inserts for our organic tea blends, which has the look and feel of plastic minus the impact to the environment.
  • Our loose-leaf teas are free from chemicals, organic and therefore compostable.
  • Our tea bags are made from home compostable solion mesh.
  • All Little Wildling Co packaging is 100% recyclable.
  • Last but not least we are partnered with i=change to align with our brand values while giving our consumers a choice to make a purposeful purchase.

Supporting us as a business means you can also make a conscious choice to support any of our 3 x chosen life-changing charities where we will donate $1 on your behalf with trackable impact:

  • Empower with literacy: Stop our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children from falling through the cracks of education and unlock the endless possibilities literacy can give. See more here
  • Clean the Sea: Help remove hundreds of thousands of litres of plastic from the ocean every day. See more here
  • Restore the land: Assist the plantation of 500 million tress and shrubs which will absorb over 1.3 million tonnes of carbon dioxide per year.
