Loose Leaf
Add 1–2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water. Infuse for at least 5 minutes (15 minutes if you’ve got the time—your adrenals will love you for it).

Teabags
Add 1 teabag per cup of boiling water. Infuse for 5 minutes, or longer for a deeper brew.
