Brewing

Loose Leaf
Water temperature is key: let boiled water cool for 2–3 minutes before pouring over 1 teaspoon per cup, or wait until water reaches around 79°C. Steep for 2–4 minutes, depending on taste.

Teabags
Add 1 teabag to hot water (around 79°C). Infuse for 2–4 minutes, adjusting to your preferred strength.

Iced Tea
Double the quantity of tea and water, steep for 2 minutes, then pour over ice. Garnish with fresh mint, high five yourself for being awesome, and enjoy.
