You’ll find Nettle (a vitamin C-packed nutritional powerhouse), Fennel, Vervain, Goats Rue and Caraway (galactagogues known to support lactation), and calming Chamomile to help bring a little peace to your day (and night).

It’s gentle, nourishing and oh-so-soothing - with no sugar, preservatives, or plastic nasties. Just organic goodness for you and your little one.

Brewing

Loose Leaf
Add 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of boiling water (around 90°C). Infuse for 4–5 minutes. Enjoy 1–2 cups daily for support, or 2–4 cups daily to help increase supply.

Teabags
Add 1 teabag per cup of boiling water (around 90°C). Infuse for 4–5 minutes. Enjoy hot or iced, whatever your sleep-deprived soul is vibing.
