Embracing the change of season with warming spices and luxurious lattes.

Moving into Autumn from Summer is the perfect opportunity to really align ourselves with all the changes happening in nature around us. Being mindful and present with this means we are synergistically tuning in with ourselves and nature, letting go of what is no longer needed to make space for the new season physically, emotionally, and spiritually just like the falling leaves.

Seasonal changes also mean a shift whether that is our mood or our energy, so it’s a good time to really serve our bodies and listen to what is needed so we stay grounded emotionally, and healthy physically so by the time Winter comes around we can thrive and be our best version of ourselves.

This means introducing warmer foods, slow cooking, enjoying wholesome soups, and sipping herbal teas and comforting lattes.

Ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon are three powerful herbs that are relatively easy to add into our diet by making Dhal or stews and are beautiful for our digestion.

Latte powders with warming spices are a great way to support our circulation, inflammation, and detoxification, while antioxidant loaded Matcha can help reduce free radical damage to cells in a less over stimulating way.

Dirty Dandi Chai

Hands up if you love a good Chai?

Well you have come to the right place. Little Wilding Co has a divine blend with a twist that sets it apart from the rest and is just a little bit spesh. Our blend is a perfectly balanced symphony of warming and medicinal spices such as Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Cardamon and Star Anise.

We made this a caffeine-free zone by adding Dandelion root instead of black tea, which is amazing to support detoxification and skin health, and added a sprinkle of raw cacao powder for antioxidants and energy support.

I Am Golden Turmeric Latte

Little Wilding co I AM GOLDEN packs a punch when it comes to the therapeutic qualities of anti-inflammatory herbs and spices. Each ingredient supports the body to fight inflammation and boost overall wellness with organic Turmeric, Ginger, Cloves, Cinnamon, and Black pepper.

Minty Matcha

Studies of matcha and its components have unearthed a variety of benefits such as being liver protective, promote cardiovascular health, and even aid in weight loss. Antioxidants help stabilize harmful free radicals, which are compounds that can damage cells and cause chronic disease. Adding matcha powder to hot water releases all the nutrients from the entire leaf, meaning it contains more catechins and antioxidants than simply steeping green tea leaves in water. Think super concentrated free radical fighting goodness!

We also added some peppermint powder which adds a uniqueness to balance out the bitter nature of matcha and provide a revitalising quality to help improve mental clarity and support you through the day. Heat up some coconut milk with a dash of honey and enjoy!
